Tips for a FLAT TUMMY

Workout no less than 30 minutes 4 to 6 times a week 
Perform HIIT - during your peaks try to raise your heart rate between 65-80% to burn a greater amount of fat IF your heart can handle it. If not, start out slowly and work you way up!
Exercise outside! The terrain will act as greater resistance and give you a better work out 
Include body weigh exercises 2 or 3 times a week. Try pilates or yoga! 
Use some intense music you keep you going! I cannot express this enough, the greater intensity in your music, the more it will motivate you and give you energy you didn’t know you had left. My preference? House Music, Dubstep & Electro House
