I noticed this post going around a while ago, it’s what is stuck in my mind any time chips are within my view, packet chips or hot chips.
So, thank you realization!
Ew…..my appetite for chips is officially out the window…..FOREVER.

Tips for a FLAT TUMMY
- Workout no less than 30 minutes 4 to 6 times a week
- Perform HIIT - during your peaks try to raise your heart rate between 65-80% to burn a greater amount of fat IF your heart can handle it. If not, start out slowly and work you way up!
- Exercise outside! The terrain will act as greater resistance and give you a better work out
- Include body weigh exercises 2 or 3 times a week. Try pilates or yoga!
- Use some intense music you keep you going! I cannot express this enough, the greater intensity in your music, the more it will motivate you and give you energy you didn’t know you had left. My preference? House Music, Dubstep & Electro House
